We are a Confidential Domestic Dealer located in Orange, Texas. We just promoted our GM to a Partner and we are looking for an Experienced General Manager to compliment our Team. We are a mid-sized dealer with lots of growth, and growing opportunities with in our dealer group.

Domestic Experience is a Plus, but not a Must.

Ideal Candidate: Must have 3 years on GM Experience or GSM at a High Volume Dealer.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily business activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability.

Duties:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Proficiency in cash handling, basic math, and financial analysis
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues in a diplomatic manner
- Prior experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred
