Our organization is a fully integrated land developer with a corporate office in Farmington, CT. We are seeking a qualified candidate to manage and lead the maintenance department of our medical portfolio located in Central CT, consisting of a 400,000 SF Class A medical arts campus in Farmington.
This is a very important role in assisting our growing and significant property portfolio. The company is very fast-paced and well-served for motivated individuals who are self-starters. Terrific opportunity to learn and grow as the position will have extensive interaction with the top leaders of the Company.
Candidate would need to be experienced in commercial maintenance and/ or construction with some managerial experience.
The hours would be between 7 am to 3:30 pm weekdays. Flexible hours and weekends may be required. The salary is competitive and would be based on experience. Full benefits are offered, including a company vehicle.
