About the Role

The Executive Director of Research Insights & Content Operations at The Company is a strategic leadership role responsible for research, content curation, and data cleansing initiatives across all major service lines. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare supply chain industry and the business challenges faced by providers and suppliers. They will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of research and content, creating operational processes that generate high-quality deliverables, and leading the development of strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives. This position requires an advanced degree in bioengineering or an MBA with a clinical and supply chain background, at least 10 years of experience in managing teams as an operating leader, and certifications in leadership and strategy, operations management, or transformation. The role demands an effective leader who can navigate through the ambiguity of research and data, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial and product objectives.Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a focus on exceeding operating performance and financial targets. Proficiency in Excel and MySQL is preferred, and relatable clinical healthcare experience is a plus. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple teams, prioritize objectives, and execute solutions with minimal assistance. The Executive Director will be expected to lead multiple teams to achieve defined outcomes, coach and develop others, and represent the organization both internally and externally. The position is client-facing and demands a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance operational trade-offs with impact, and build and manage teams in the US and India.
