Introduction

As an entry-level project manager/estimator, you will have the opportunity to work in "the yard " for the first 6 months of your employment. This hands-on experience will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the materials used in construction projects and how they are utilized on job sites.
Field Supervision Training
After completing your 6-month training in "the yard ", you will move on to a 1-year field supervision program. During this time, you will learn the scope and processes of various construction projects under the guidance of experienced project managers.
Business Training
Once you have completed your field supervision training, you will begin business training in our office. This will give you a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of project management and estimation in the construction industry.
