About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for one of its clients. This remote, full-time role involves close collaboration with senior management and oversight of all marketing communications and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing team, including areas such as creative design, sales material production, videography, social media, email marketing, event planning, and promotions. They will also work closely with the e-commerce team to align strategies across all marketing channels, utilize data sources to identify business growth opportunities, and optimize marketing spend.Key qualifications for this role include being a strategic thinker, data-driven, business-oriented, proactive, and an effective leader and communicator. The Director of Marketing will be expected to be a creative problem solver, committed to ethical leadership, and have a strong background in data analytics and market research. Experience in managing and developing teams, as well as a proven track record in B2B and DTC marketing strategies, are essential. A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales is required, with knowledge or previous experience in the automotive industry being a bonus.
