Confidential is Hiring a Digital Marketing Director - PPC Emphasis Near Los Angeles, CA

Personal Injury Law Firm in Los Angeles, California is currently interested in hiring a Digital Marketing Director (with emphasis on PPC marketing) to join our staff. The Director of Business Development and Digital Marketing organizes, directs and is responsible for all aspects of development and marketing communications; including implementation, monitoring, updating and ongoing analyzation of the organizations strategic business development and marketing plan. Responsible for creating and/or implementing tracking mechanisms to track increases in volume, growth, and revenue. The Director will play a lead role in helping to expand the firm's presence, both with past and potential new clients, as well as in the broader legal community (including for law firm referrals).

The Digital Marketing Director will:

  • Oversee and maintain Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing Campaign
  • Design and execute the marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the firm's partners.
  • Develop the marketing and business development plan.
  • Maintain the integrity of the firm's brand.
  • Ensure that critical decisions are aligned with the marketing strategy and brand.
  • Lead creative, advertising, social, digital, PR, and brand activities.
  • Ensure excellent, on-brand client relations.
  • Help drive new initiatives for growing the firm, in tandem with other department heads.
  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives, to the extent that is possible.
  • Set and achieve marketing KPIs.
  • Provide performance improvement feedback regarding client satisfaction, expertise demonstration, and other differentiation factors.
  • Must have exceptional emotional intelligence and contribute to the strong firm culture and professional brand, as well as strong employee engagement levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Cost Per Click (CPC), Click Through Rates (CTR), Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Deciding how to market with social media
  • Leading digital advertising
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
