Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Description:
We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator to support and optimize our organization's digital marketing programs. Initially this position will focus on email marketing and may also assist in coordinating social media marketing. Duties for the digital marketing coordinator will include planning, designing, and testing of email campaigns and analyzing ongoing campaigns to measure effectiveness. Tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities including a planning & content calendar. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.
Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, well-organized, and a strong writer and communicator. Ultimately, the digital marketing coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent is required.
Experience: Three (3 ) years of Digital Marketing experience required.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- 3 years of B2C or B2B email experience utilizing Mail Chimp, Klaviyo or SendGrid.
- Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
- Media content & media launch calendar planning & tracking experience.
- Experience in creating email templates for design & messaging consistency.
- A basic understanding of email metrics and key performance indicators.
- A plus if the candidate has Shopify experience.
- A definite plus if the candidate has graphic design and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator experience.
- Examples of previous work are also a plus, along with any examples of optimization planning.
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Project management experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, On Site in Bartow, FL (Potential for Remote)
