Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for helping others achieve their best smiles? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Connect and build relationships with patients to understand their dental goals and motivations.
  • Present and explain proposed treatment plans in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Assist patients in overcoming any barriers to accepting treatment, including financial concerns.
  • Guide patients through the financing application process.
  • Coordinate with administrative team for scheduling appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the treatment journey.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Manage patient queues and ensure progression through treatment plans.
  • Collect payments from patients for services rendered.
  • Celebrate the success of patients as they achieve their desired smiles!

Requirements:

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp dental terminology and procedures.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a direct customer-facing role, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect with patients and build trust.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large and complex treatment plans effectively.
