Confidential is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Glen Burnie, MD

We are a private practice located in Glen Burnie, MD. We are looking for a front office person to help our OM with the day to day of the front office. This role takes on the day to day of a busy dental practice and makes sure everything runs smoothly! You will coordinate front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services. As a Front office coordinator you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

We will offer you a full time schedule M-F, no weekends, a supportive team and ongoing training. Our patients are the best and our doctor is amazing to work for! We want you to be here long term, and we treat our team well and have some serious longevity!

We are a mix of PPO and FFS and we focus on complete health for our patients. We want someone who has a service based mentality that can bring a "How may I help you today" approach to our office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure front desk is tidy and prepared for day
  • Have daily reporting ready for morning huddle - ON TIME
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies
  • Paperwork for new and existing patients
  • Work to schedule to goal for clinical and hygiene
  • Help wiht presenting diagnosed treatment and schedule
  • Verify and input insurance information
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Front Coordinator
  • Hands on experience with office technology
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Working knowledge of insurance and codes
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
