Confidential is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Leesburg, VA

JOB SUMMARY

Voice and Face of the practice. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service; greeting patients upon arrival, scheduling appointments, creating treatment plan financial agreements and maintaining front desk operations.

Key Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Greet patients upon arrival
  • Check the information on file
  • Maintain clean work and reception area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phones, check email, and follow up when necessary
  • Track NP patient statistics and provide reporting
  • Handle patient communication software
  • Schedule and confirm patients
  • Fill and maintain a full schedule to meet production goals
  • Verify Insurance and obtain VOI
  • Create and present treatment plan financial agreements
  • Calculate and collect copays
  • Checks the schedule constantly and keeps the providers on time.
  • Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual (Spanish /English) is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and written in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure if necessary.
  • Proficiency with computer use experience, Dentrix experience.
  • Ability to multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions with high attention to detail, and organization skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Hepatitis vaccine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
