We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Call Center/Customer Service Manager to join our growing team in Las Vegas! In this leadership role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customer service team consistently exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for the call center.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Monitor call quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Analyze call center metrics (e.g., call volume, call duration, customer satisfaction scores) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline call center operations and optimize efficiency.
  • Escalate complex customer issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.
  • Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
