Job Overview:
Very busy Printing/Marketing company seeking Full Time Customer Service Associate
experienced with major graphics applications. We work hard, value teamwork
and provide great service to our customers.
Must have previous PRINT SHOP Experience, customer service skills and be
a team player.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers, communicating
& submitting Quotes, Invoices etc. to Customers, Work Orders to other Staff Members for production, files to vendors and understanding their requirements.
Strong knowledge of creating & manipulating PDF, EPS and Postscript files,
Knowledge of variable data and preparing mailers is a plus.
Ability to correct potential output problems from customer files and quickly
problem solve to produce high quality finished product. Use of digital equipment
such as Xerox, Richo, Canon or Konica along with Fiery Command Workstation
to produce very high quality product quickly.
