Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will be supervising and managing subcontractors as well as company employees on site.

Must have experience in multifamily construction, an abilty to keep notes and a strong desire to push the project forward with quality and speed.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Meet with and scghedule inspections

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship

- Report clearly and frequently to management

- Utilize construction management to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors

- Experience in construction management software such as Prolog or Primavera

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions on-site
