We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and drive operational efficiency
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Must have - 5 Years of Large Hotel Experience, 3 years Hotel Complex Experience, Major Brand Experience to be considered

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
- Solid understanding of risk management principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
