Position Description

The Community Sales Associate is responsible for achieving sales and achieving revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects into Community Residents.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all community members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Responsible for nurturing qualified leads through entire sales process from inquiry to move-in.
  • Responsible for community outreach with primary goal of generating qualified referrals.
  • Regularly meets goals, including but not limited to: move-ins, inquiries, tours, home visits, phone calls, outreach and events.
  • Responds to inquiries, scheduled visits, conducts tours and closes sales per sales and marketing goals.
  • Conducts daily and weekly review of closing strategies for prospects in the pipeline.
  • Participates in scheduled sales calls.
  • Works collaboratively with Sales Team, Directors and other department heads to create a positive hospitality-oriented atmosphere for all members and community.
  • Completes all departmental-related reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Attends and actively contributes relevant departmental information at daily Stand-Up Meeting.
  • Attends and actively participates in company-hosted webinars, on-site meetings, regional meetings, and national meetings as scheduled.
  • Completes in a timely manner all required training to maintain appropriate certifications and credentials for position.

Qualifications

  • Sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Outstanding customer service and public relations skills.
  • Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging and team-oriented personality.
  • Desire to serve residents, families and team members.
  • Creative approach to achieving goals.
  • Promotes the community in a positive manner and effectively communicates with residents, families, professionals, and visitors.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
