Confidential is Hiring a Community Manager Near Lincoln, OR

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting resident satisfaction. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - Upsell available units to prospective residents - Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms - Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or issues that may arise - Handle conflict management and resolve disputes between residents, if necessary - Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations and processes - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential residents - Utilize sales techniques to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Perform administrative tasks such as processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining resident records - Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) to track resident information, work orders, and payments - Oversee facilities management, including coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring the community is well-maintained Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or related field preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members - Excellent conflict resolution skills to handle resident disputes in a professional manner - Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is highly desirable - Proven sales skills to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple inquiries simultaneously - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping - Familiarity with property management software (e.g., OneSite) is a plus - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,320.00 per year
