As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Community Manager in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building communities, and a strong background in property management. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering a sense of belonging and creating memorable experiences for our residents.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and build a sense of community.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
• Manage leasing activities, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, and processing rental applications.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management for assigned properties.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a multifamily property manager.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
