Must have spoken and written fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate with clients effectively. Employees are expected to be punctual, professional, and well organized.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and communicate effectively with clients and governmental agencies, serving as a primary point of contact with the ability to function independently and to exercise discretion and judgment in sensitive matters

Job functions include but are not limited to: document preparation, written and spoke translations, client facing interaction, scheduling appointments, and basic clerical work (training will be provided)

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
