We are looking for a Center Director at our school in McKinney / Prosper area!

If you are an experienced and highly-qualified director with a desire to join a successful childcare brand that values people and puts children first, this is the opportunity for you!

If you have:

  • 5 years experience as a Center Director at a school with 200 children
  • Passion for Early Childhood Development and puts children first
  • Passion for working in a high-quality, high performing environment
  • Desire to build a positive, happy and fair environment for staff and families
  • Great communication skills to work with owners, staff and families
  • Deep-knowledge of Texas Child Care minimum standards
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, recruitment, staffing and scheduling
  • Strong background in Early Childhood Development such as an advanced degree in education, a CDA or multiple years of teaching experience
  • Great technology skills with extensive experience of Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Social Media
  • A personable demeanor and an ability to give great tours and forge deep community relationships
  • Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and increasing enrollment
  • Ability to follow a proven franchise system

As a Center Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our school's operation including but not limited to carrying out policies and procedures, maintaining budgets and performing all tasks required to stay in compliance with Texas Licensing regulations.We offer multiple benefits:

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
