About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its technology initiatives. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy in alignment with the overall strategic plan and objectives. This includes ensuring the security, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all technology infrastructure, implementing plans for business continuity in the face of technological disruptions, and leading efforts in cybersecurity and digital rights management. The role also involves maximizing revenue opportunities, managing technology budgets, and engaging with technology leaders to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.The ideal candidate for this executive-level position must have exceptional communication skills, a service and solutions mindset, and a proven track record in project and change management. They should possess a solid understanding of technology trends, experience in media distribution, and a working knowledge of broadcast and technology systems. A BS in Engineering or a technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of ten years managing critical technical infrastructures and at least eight years of leadership experience. The CTO will also be expected to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology team, and to unify engineering and IT teams for a seamless workflow.
