About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to lead Consumer Experience Delivery and promote a consumer-centric culture. The ideal candidate will be a cultural leader, passionately championing customers' perspectives and leading the activation of consumer promises. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining lifelong trusting relationships with consumers, and it requires a professional who can work closely with both division and corporate senior leadership to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage. The CXO will also be responsible for leading a team focused on the company's experience, driving activation and change management for consumer initiatives, and promoting a robust approach to consumer experience efforts.The successful candidate for the CXO position must be able to provide leadership in experience delivery activation and experience culture, learning, and sustainment. They will lead planning and strategy for consumer promise activation, develop seamless patient omnichannel access functions, and manage a divisional care navigation and referral management infrastructure. Financial analysis, operational budget development, and creating an organizational structure to support consumer omnichannel access are also key responsibilities. The CXO will immerse themselves in the company's markets to understand the current state of consumer experience and work with market C-suites to drive exceptional consumer and patient experience. Additionally, the role involves leading process-related consumer experience best practices and monitoring the sustainment of consumer experience efforts.
