Our Charity Event team is expanding! Our team of ambitious go-getters take unknown non-profits and catapult them onto the local stage. We specialize in creating hands-on promotional brand marketing campaigns for non-profit organizations looking to expand their donor base and increase brand recognition. Our team's customer-first attitude is what sets us apart and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team immediately.

Charity Event Assistant Responsibilities:

• Capitalize on all opportunities to engage with potential donors
• Effortlessly captivate an audience with your personality to drive customer engagement and increase revenue generation
• Set-up eye catching pop-up style event displays to increase engagement opportunities with potential donors
• Meet with fellow Charity Event Assistants to ensure all logistics are confirmed prior to event
• Meet with senior Charity Event Managers for continued training opportunities
• Accurately track all sales and donations, and report at designated times to senior management
• Mild inventory management as needed

Charity Event Assistant Requirements:

• Some college coursework in a related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a position that requires direct customer contact
• The ability to work full time hours (some weekends included for events)
• The ability to meet at our office when required as well as travel daily to events
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Must have basic math skills
• Written and verbal communication skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
