Compensation-$50,000 to $55,000 per year
Business Manager - Some local travel -base salary and mileage
The business manager will have an essential ability to apply their business acumen to quality customer service and engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drives financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the site
- Effectively analyzes and reconciles monthly P&L statements
- Responsible for collecting and tracking customer payments including bank deposits
- Arrange payment plans for customers when necessary
- Generates weekly and/or monthly reports
- Ensures billing, account receivables and collections are accurate and precise
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable/finance experience
- A minimum of 2 years of face to face customer service experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other applications
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred
- Willing to travel locally or within the state of NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
