Overview:

Our company offers B2B sales, service, and installation of building products. We are seeking a Branch Manager experienced in a service environment to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach with proven success in managing efficient and profitable operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the business
• Ensure training and development of personnel
• Work with divisional leaders to develop and execute on strategy to grow business
• Manage the operation to maximize the financial success of the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Promote and drive a positive culture
• Responsible for the overall P&L of the branch

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a business related field

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team

· Knowledge of the construction industry

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Must be highly organized

· Strong customer service mentality
