Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and possess strong analytical skills. Able to function in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Process journal entries and maintain general ledger
Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience in account analysis and reconciliation
