We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of billing procedures and be able to work independently and efficiently. The Billing Specialist should also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process invoices and other billing documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing activities.
• Resolve customer billing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing activities.
• Perform data entry of customer information into the system.
• Obtain referrals and preauthorizations from Pediatricians
• Charge accounts
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding billing.
• Follow up with insurance plans

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
