Confidential is Hiring a Bilingual Recruiter Near Peachtree, GA

We are seekinng bilingual recruiters Spanish/English with recruiting experience. Use your energy and drive to help us obtain the best and the brightest workers. Recruiters are responsible for locating strong candidates for a variety of positions. Experience is peferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Trainable candidates must have strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience, must be able to type, and must have previous expereince with high call volume. Recruiters will be responsible for talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interview.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with Recruiting Manager and Account Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, ATS, and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has combined work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

You will partner with our company to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our customers and to deliver best talent in the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! This is a very rewarding opportunity!!!!

What we do:
We provide warehouse labor solutions for a variety of clients nationally. Our unique brand of service provides exciting opportunities for our team of motivated workers. Our services include a full line of shipping and receiving models, warehouse pickers, packers, janitorial, sanitation, yard hostling and other inventory control responsibilities. We have adapted our performance based payroll structured from our material handling and lumping experience to incent our workers. We believe in getting the job done correctly the first time while promoting increased productivity and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
