Confidential is Hiring an Automotive Sales Manager Near Ewing, NJ

A prominent Auto Dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. Candidates must have prior Sales Manager experience. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
  • Be proficient with inventory management
  • Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options
  • Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
  • Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
  • Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
  • Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
