Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in auto body repair techniques.

Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Repair or replace damaged auto glass
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Conduct automotive repair tasks such as suspension work, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Apply paint and clear coat to achieve a seamless finish
- Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards

Experience:
- Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
