Growing Multi-family property management company is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to oversee and manage staff and office locations in Florida and Georgia. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the multifamily industry and work their way up. Lots of growth potential for the right person! Candidate will have a hands-on role in carrying out management responsibilities and making decisions that positively influence daily operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience managing multiple offices simultaneously as well as extensive Property Management Experience and effective team management abilities.

Requirements:

1. Must have the ability to travel frequently and spontaneously if necessary

2. Have the skills necessary to train in new hires and be an effective leader

3. Bilingual a plus!

4. Yardi and other property management software experience

5. At least 5 years in the Multi- family property management field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
