We are seeking a Detailed and Dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing Guests with a memorable dining experience in one of our 3 restaurants. Having food, wine and detailed beverage knowledge is a plus for this opportunity. This is an exceptional chance for a local detailed and experienced manager to embrace and build their career with us. Responsibilities:

• Must have a positive career track
• Supervise and coordinate all Beverage activities
• Oversee and take ownership of guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure that our FOH team is trained in all steps of service
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety, HACCP and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a manager in a full service/full alcohol upscale casual establishment
• Must understand Steps of Service for dining
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
