Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and preferences
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM software and Excel Spreadsheets
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Technical sales or business development experience is a bonus
