We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work with our team to make sure that the building is kept in good condition and that the facilities are safe, clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising a team of maintenance individuals and dealing directly with company managers and clients when there are any issues.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair the structure of the building.
• Maintain and repair building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and sprinklers.
• Ensure that the building's cleanliness and safety is maintained at all times.
• Be involved in managing the contractors hired to perform maintenance or repair services.
• Be responsible for hazard assessments of the building or property.
• Hire and supervise personnel in order to provide effective management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
