We are looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant for busy property management company! This member of the team will be a vital player in the office, needing exceptional customer service skills, multitasking skills and data entry would be a plus; this position will also be supporting the rest of the team. Daily tasks range from simple to complex and the position requires flexibility and exceptional communication skills as you will be interacting with tenants, vendors, contractors and owners.
Position will require excellent phone presence and responding promptly to calls and emails.
Works well in an open concept team environment with a variety of changing and challenging tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Yardi is a plus!
Dependable team player who takes initiative and develops the skills required.
Highly organized and detailed. Completion of tasks and/or projects by deadlines.
Data Entry of vendor invoices, contractor invoices, and property details.
Amazing customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which requires multi-tasking with an upbeat positive attitude.
