Locally owned service-based company in Jackson TN is looking to add to our Administrative/Customer Service team. Use your experience in healthcare, banking, real estate, customer service, financial and/or contract management and make the right move to secure your future.
Details:
The right candidate will join a seasoned team to offer administrative, customer service, sales support and contract processing services in a dynamic environment. They will bring with them proven experience in business office management with attention to detail, accuracy, a willingness to learn, cooperative attitude and positive outlook. Demonstratable experience handling sensitive, confidential information is required, as is detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, proprietary software and online business applications. Customer-focus is essential, as are problem-solving and mastery of multi-tasking without losing focus. Comfort using two screens with multiple open windows while quickly retrieving key information from a variety of sources is a requirement. Must know how to engage a customer on the phone while checking to ensure all database and known information is up-to-date and accurate. Written and oral communication must be exemplary. Most of the services we offer are regulated, which requires an ongoing commitment to read and retain information that changes over time. The office maintains a professional atmosphere with a business casual dress code, Mon-Fri work week and seasonal opportunities for overtime.
