Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Director to join our team. As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for our residents. Duties:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents

- Plan and organize a variety of recreational therapy programs, including group activities, outings, and special events

- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to each resident's interests, abilities, and care plan

- Manage the activity calendar and schedule, ensuring a diverse range of activities are offered throughout the week

- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities and evaluate the effectiveness of programs

- Coordinate with external vendors and community organizations to enhance the activity program

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines related to activities in a nursing home setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
