Established truck and trailer dealership is seeking bookkeeper. Duties to include but not limited to:

Quickbooks AR/AP entry and processing, assisting accounting and management, processing Title paperwork for TX DMV, answering office phones, updating sales logs, miscellaneous administrative duties

Please have minimum 1 year experience with Quickbooks and be familiar with Excel, Google sheets/docs, Word, Outlook

Flexible but standard Mon-Fri office schedule. No weekends. Hourly rate negotiable but ideal starting range $18-$22. Bilingual is a plus. Experience level will determine specific pay.
