Manhattan Apparel Company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will manage and forecast swim businesses for our specialty stores and mid-major retail partners to ensure growth and profitability for our company.

The essential functions of the Account Executive include, but are not limited to the following:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Establish strategic partnerships with accounts to identify product needs and opportunities.
• Product costing, price negotiation and retail positioning
• Fiscal reporting- monthly ship projections as well as total year forecasting
• Order Tracking and problem resolution.
• Manage all aspects of your business from conception to end of season, working closely with production, design teams to ensure smooth and on time deliveries and sales.
• Interact with customer service team to ensure orders are booked correctly and shipped in a timely manner.
• Shop the marketplace regularly to understand competitive landscape and to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory sell off strategically.

Qualifications

• 4 years sales experience to department/chain/specialty store customers.
• Oversee the product design to ensure it aligns with brand identities.
• Energetic, passionate, driven and successful.
• High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to generate results.
• Ability to develop valuable relationships with customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Strong technical skills and ability to use and work within multiple platforms (Excel, MS Office and preferably Blue Cherry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
