Confidential Priviately-Held Company is Hiring a Fund Accountant Near Beach, FL

Growing private equity firm is looking for a Fund Accountant.

The Fund Accountant is responsible for aspects of fund accounting and financial reporting for all entities within the direct lending strategy.

Duties include:

· Maintains trial balances, pricing and allocations for one or more funds

· Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, quarterly and ad hoc capital calls and distributions, quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting, and quarterly internal/management reporting

· Populates investment related and fund related data

· Completion of internal and investor driven ad hoc requests as occurring

· Ensures deadlines and policies are adhered to in all aspects of the role

· Assists with audit and administrator inquiries.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-3 years of accounting and/or auditing experience

· Commitment to becoming a proficient user of Microsoft Excel

· Ability to see tasks to conclusion with little follow-up

· Concise, clear oral and written communication when engaging fellow team members

· Ability to problem solve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
