A candidate with Big 4 Public Accounting and some Hedge Fund Accounting experience is preferred. A BookTemps associate has been serving in this position for 2 years on a part-time basis. The position has been elevated to full-time direct hire due to company growth. Ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar field. A CPA or MBA (finance) is preferred. Responsibilities include:• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting• Fund Financial Statements-Ensure timely completion of US finance mandates including audits, regulatory, tax and other filings• SEC and/or SOX Compliance• External Audit Compliance• Tax Compliance and ReportingQualifications• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance• 4 years of Big 4 experience with engagements that include Asset Management, Private Equity or Hedge Fund clients• SEC and/or SOX experience• CPA or MBA (finance) preferred• Excellent communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
