We have a client located in Houston, TX who is looking for a full time NP for their Primary care clinic located in Houston, TX (Zip code: 77074). The FNP will be the solo practitioner who must have at least 3 years of experience working in Primary Care/Internal Medicine/Family Practice, running a clinic and seeing patients from beginning to end of life. The hours are M-F 9am-6pm and half days on Saturday from 9am-1pm. This is a 40 hour a week role so the NP will work a half day one day during the weekday to make up for the Saturday shift.
The NP should be comfortable seeing up to 30 patients a day and your NP licensure should be in good standing with the Texas Medical Board.
The incumbent is required to do the following:
Patient Type: Pediatric, Adults, Geriatric, Family
Qualifications: MSN, an active and valid state NP nursing license (TX) in good standing with TBON, BLS, ACLS & PALS.
Experience: 2-3 years
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
