Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral heath services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of common health problems.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic health conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, wound care, and administering injections

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in Primary Care
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and medication management
- Competency in basic life support and emr
