JOB SUMMARY:

This position will act as the direct liaison between ConferenceDirect’s associate’s, hotel partners, accounting, and vendors. The position conducts pro-active collections (phone & email) to assigned invoices and reports result; research and resolve payment issues; and ensure the company maintains its quality service levels with Associates and Partners. This will require a collaborative approach with all departments with a high degree of integrity and the highest of ethical standards accountability to execute assigned work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage assigned collection for delinquency payments defined as 60 days.
  • Facilitate account resolution by phone and email and accurately document actions within the CRM platform while maintaining company performance and productivity requirements
  • Correspond with require SOP to associates and vendors to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Call & email vendors within required SOP guidelines based on assigned invoices
  • Research and resolve vendor payment discrepancies
  • Additional duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in accounting, sales, ERP systems use and management
  • Hotel experience preferred

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to make a minimum 50 daily calls on outstanding payments
  • Service-oriented and positive attitude
  • Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong ethical standards and a high degree of integrity
  • Willing to adapt quickly to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Great Plains, NetSuite or other accounting software

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position is onsite at our Folsom Office
  • Must be vaccinated
