We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join a company that specializes in the storage and distribution of fuels and lubricants in California. The billing clerk position is accountable for creating invoices, issuing them to customers by all necessary means. This is a temp to hire permanent position with growth opportunities.
- Process, and confirm daily invoices for Prior Day Sales Deliveries.
- Submit Daily Buybacks to our Suppliers.
- Forward checks to AR Desk.
- Validate all PODs including meter readings in Software.
- Collect Proof of Deliveries for Outside Delivers. Process Bill of ladings.
- Submit Register for Management Approvals.
- Update Daily Margin Reports.
- Manage Open Order List.
- Analyze any large discrepancies to balance inventory.
- Log Fuel reconciliation onto spreadsheet.
- Attends staff, departmental, and required meetings.
- 3 years of Billing or related accounting experience.
- Billing Experience in an industrial environment is a PLUS.
- 4 years of Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Experience calling customers and resolving discrepancies.
- Health Insurance.

- Weekly pay $22 - $24 per hour.
