The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Blue Bean, Adobe PDF, Autocad, Solidworks, and DSX software
- Experience overseeing projects of a $50,000- $3 million scale
- Experience overseeing structural steel installation projects
- Project Management & Scheduling skill set
- Steel Erection/Fabrication methods
- Heavy Equipment/Technology comprehension
- Computer Modeling/Drafting/Blueprint Drawing Interpretation
- Safety Standards for Workplace
- Perform the maintenance and processing of RFIs.
- Create Change Orders
