Weare looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative tomanage client communications and provide high quality customerservice for our clients.

As an Inbound Customer Representative youwill communicate with our customers via email and inbound oroutbound calls including sales inquiries providing order updatesand client customerservice.

Idealcandidates will be able to demonstrate excellentcommunication / customer service skills knowledge of CRM software andthe ability to manage multiple tasks atonce.

Responsibilities :

• Managea high volume of inbound / outbound phone and email contacts fromboth current and prospective customers who are calling to receivequotes.
• Understandcustomer s needs for sales inquiries and direct them to therelevant salesdepartment.
• Communicatewithin various departments on client communication andneeds.
• Provideupdates and delivery status oninvoices.
• Handlecustomer problems by creating a case and directing to the relevantdepartment.
• Abilityto handle accounting tasks such as updating payment information orclosinginvoices.
• Managedispatch scheduling matters such as updates pickups and dispatchschedulechanges.

Requirements

• Residingin TXstate.
• Atleast 2 years of experience providing customer service orsales.
• Effectiveoral and written communications skills; must demonstrate aprofessional and polished demeanor with a positive upbeat andfriendlymanner.
• Goodcustomer service skills; must be passionate about deliveringquality service and making a difference in the customerexperience.
• Abilityto listen attentively solve problems creatively and create winwinsituations with internal and externalcustomers.
• Proficiencyin Excel CRM and other softwareprograms.
