What You’ll Do

As Receiving and Shipping Clerk, your primary role is to maintain the accuracy of warehouse inventory by ensuring that physical counts and barcode storage locations match with a 95% accuracy rate. Your role is not just ensuring the quality of products but also safeguarding the trust that customers put in us.

You will be responsible for:

• According to the list of designated areas’ standard quantities to check that areas’ inventory after night shift sales orders in the morning and replenished it before end of the day.
• Report and record inventory to warehouse manager.
• Reconcile discrepancies of night shift sales orders.
• Coordinate outbound shipping by verify shipping orders, communicate with pick up drivers and send out invoices.
• Ensure the products’ location of freezer is up to date in the computer for easy to search certain products.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with diverse internal and external sources. serve as the first point of contact in warehouse to assist warehouse manager with varies of tasks.
• Knowledge of personal computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Windows applications, Excel, and other PC and applicable software.
• Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Other tasks assigned by warehouse manager.
• Flexible to be a team player.

Physical Requirements for the role:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in various temperatures as cold as -10 °F.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel Skills
• Minimum of a 2 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Previous Warehouse experience in the food industry a plus
• Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin and English is Preferred
