Day in the life

• Guides team members to perform tasks related to file processing and answering calls efficiently.
• Coaches team to deliver KPI's.
• Ensures adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Supports conflict resolution and manages client, people, task, and systems related issues.
• Monitors systems and applications to make sure they are working properly.
• Executes the continuity plan such as in natural disasters.
• Delivers inputs on process improvement and operational initiatives.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
• Assists Team Leaders / Managers in preparing dashboard on process / reconciliation metrics.
• Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
• Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exists and is used.
• Ensures adherence to internal and external guidelines, as well as to the standardized process landscape.
• Spearheads quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.

Problem Solving

• Solves problems and evaluates possible solutions using technical and MS Excel experience and precedents.
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
• Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex tasks.
