**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and operate the cash register or POS system efficiently - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction **Skills:** - Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities - Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately - Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of banquet and catering services is advantageous This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mixology and customer service to thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment.
