Outside Sales Manager
Concrete Driveway Co is looking for self-motivated and driven Outside Sales Managers to join our team! As an Outside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth, serving our customer base, and achieving financial success. The ideal candidate should be hungry, humble, and honest, with a passion for sales.
What you can expect:
- Compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closed deals.
- Manage an organized pipeline of deals in the sales cycle accurately in CRM.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day.
- Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Estimate and provide professional quotes to homeowners.
- Follow up with homeowners post-estimate to close sales.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure sold jobs are ready for execution.

- Have 1-2 years closing sales experience (required)
- Have B2C experience (preferred)
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail and knowledge retention ability.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
